Safe List Your Maxol Direct Communications

24 September 2008

Thank you for inquiring about how you can add Maxol Direct's email address to your address book. Below, please find instructions for the following Internet Service Providers: Outlook 2003 AOL Earthlink MSN/Hotmail Yahoo

Why add Maxol Direct to my email address book?

Many of the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) such as MSN Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo have created programs that allow their subscribers (that's you) greater control over what appears in their inboxes. Filters can now be set according to the user's preferences to prevent SPAM from reaching the inbox. Along the way, however, these filters can block emails you do wish to receive, like Maxol Direct's exclusive email - unless you add Maxol Direct to your email address book.

How do I add Maxol Direct to my email address book?

For Outlook 2003: In Outlook 2003, the Junk E-Mail Filter is turned on by default. The first time Outlook 2003 moves a message to the Junk E-mail folder, it will notify you with a dialog box. To change junk e-mail settings in Outlook 2003: 1) On the 'Tools menu', select Options. 2) In the Options dialog box, in the E-mail section, click Junk E-mail. 3) Choose the level of junk e-mail message protection you want. Click OK.

To add a sender to your Safe Senders List, Safe Recipients Lists, or Blocked Senders List:

  1. Right-click on a message from the sender.
  2. Point to Junk E-mail, and click either Add Sender to Safe Senders List, Add Sender to Blocked Senders List, or Add Recipient to Safe Recipients Lists.
  3. Outlook 2003 Online Help: http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/junkmail.mspx
